Tri-State has a Call for 1 Journeyman Wireman for work inside and outside of the Jurisdiction. They can report to Tri State Electric at 2101 Fort Street Chattanooga, TN 37408. They will need two forms of ID, direct deposit information, to take a drug test, and to fill out paperwork.

Shimmick has a call for Journeyman Wiremen. Report Monday March 2,2026 at 7am. Work Description: Installation of conduit, and all associated devices, and equipment. Multiple different electrical projects may be given. Capable of changing tasks promptly. Install conduit and associated commodities. Pull cable, terminate, working on the Lock Replacement. Troubleshoot cranes, conveyors, pump motors and able to climb ladders and work at times from heights. Work Schedule: 5 – 8’s = 40 Hours 7:00am to 3:30pm Monday-Friday - Overtime as required, and weekend work as required. Fall protection, Arial Lift, NFPA 70E, OHSA-30 All personnel shall report as follows: 1. Report to Jobsite Safety Trailer for orientation and further directions 2. 5535 Trailhead Dr. Chattanooga, Tn. 37415 - 0700 hrs. fit and ready to work. 3. Shirt with sleeves, long pants, safety steel or composite toe work boots required. 4. Bring training certificates for competency skills listed above. 5. OSHA 10Hr Required. 6. Be prepared for drug testing and Safety/Project orientation. 7. Security clearance required. No one convicted of a felony will be allowed. 8. Bring 2 pieces of identification (Driver’s License, Social Security Card, Passport) 9. Union Hall should submit all dues withholding information. 10. Bring commensurate tools with the craft. Specialty tools will be provided by the Contractor.

Lawson Electric has a Call for Journeyman Wiremen to report to Kenny Young at Lawson Electric, 6246 Dayton Blvd. Wednesday 2/25/26 at 7am for pre-hire paperwork and drug screen and Thursday 2/26/26 at 9am for the Lawson Electric orientation. The Call is for work throughout the jurisdiction; BE PREPARED TO WORK OVERTIME. They will need to bring with them a valid driver's license, 2 forms of ID, and bank information for direct deposit. The parking lot is on the left of the building for new hires.

Henkels & McCoy has a call for  Journeyman Wiremen for our project at AEDC in Tullahoma, TN. Must have A REAL ID DRIVERS LICENSE and able to pass AEDC / TVA background check. Pulling large cables through duct bank. Working 4-10’s with a possibility for OT for at least a month.  Other projects should be available after completion of this one, if they are willing to travel. Per Diem: $112 if over 50 miles from the job. Miles Electric has a call for 1 Journeyman Wireman for work at various sites in the jurisdiction. Report to Miles' job site after referral. Job Requirements: Hire-in drug test. OSHA 10. Chattanooga City License. Safety toe work boots. Must have 2 forms of ID (including valid driver's license). Must be able to work any shift.
